house choir 2006!!!!!

last year we came 8th.. (last place)

but this year - all of Richardson have been working hard in the week leading up to this first major event of the year: HOUSE CHOIR....

the tension was there... fervent whispers after each house performed their piece, trying to gauge whether the judges would score them well or not... House Spirit was running fever high with cheering every few seconds (i'm surprised i haven't lost my voice)

House Choir is Abbotsleigh tradition. all the different houses compete against each other- the hymn is set by the music staff and is compulsory; the song of choice this year went by the theme of "Where in the world?"

We sang "Surfin' USA" for our song of choice...

AND WE CAME 2ND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D
