ghastly weather

today's skies were so gloomy... not exactly the nicest weather: half the day cloudy, half the day sunny- and all together waay too windy!

i think people are more prone to get sick when it's like this- coz it's too hot to keep their jacket on, but it's too cold to take it off, and the constant changing between hot and cold is bad for one's health...

combine that with a bit of stress, sleeping late and working hard; i have a feeling there's going to be a cold/flu travelling around soon...better stock up on vitamin C and sleep!

oh and a very happy 19th birthday to Wing-Kei tomorrow!!!
