But the agony of separation awaits us
Something no friends should face
And we're more than friends -
We're family! Tightly bound by God's grace

Soon we have to say goodbye

We will never ever forget you
Until we meet again one day

An ocean and half the world
Can't separate good friends
And though the future is uncertain
We know this is not the end

May our Lord protect and guide you
Our prayers are ever with you
Hold onto Christ and the Cross
Grow up in Him, faithful and true

And on that day, when we see Him coming
On the clouds of heaven above

In perfect community and love

Nothing then can separate us
