1 down 6 to go!

english paper 1 exam today: first of many trials to come...

we were the first year to use the Old Library [officially called Ex Libre] for our exam room... i like it much better than the Old Gym! much more quiet and enclosed... no nasty juniors walking by loudly and making faces at us =P

anyway the paper itself was alright! 1st section the last question was 6 marks but everything was pretty much what we expected- 1 prose, 1 poem and 1 visual. 2nd section i think everyone secretly breathed a sigh of relief when they didn't set a specific genre for the creative writing. 3rd section i was soo glad i did the homework task which was to write a feature article! haha i managed to fit all 6 of my texts in ... i wrote 6 pages for the feature article, and 3 for the creative for which i composed a letter.

anyway good luck to u guys who have exams in the afternoon! i'm having lunch soon and i'll probably start studying for 4u maths again around 2-ish...
