don't bother reading this if you're a guy =P

my mum got out the sewing machine this afternoon because my sister wanted to finish doing her DT/Textiles project. and since the sewing machine was all set up mum then decided she might as well fix up some little things with my formal dress. (haha i love my mum, she's so talented)

so since it was a little big (phew i haven't put on weight since we bought the dress) she adjusted the sides and made it all nice. and, she did this really really cool thing where instead of being thin straps she used pre-existing material to make thicker straps which cover my shoulders. did that make sense? anyway it looks sooo pretty and i'm really happy coz now my dress is unique in the whole world =D

i would take a photo... but that would spoil it =P so you'll just have to wait till 23rd November to see it. ^^
