busy busy busy as always

what a hectic week it's been! last weekend I rewarded myself for my efforts in Chemistry HSC by not doing unnecessary work and by reading books in bed.

Unfortunately I don't think this weekend will be quite like that. With assessments coming up for every subject; now's the time to buckle down and get some solid notes done... sigh...

Onto other thoughts, it's been really strange and bizarre weather lately. What with cold rainy days, then hot summer days, and today with a weird combo of blue skies but winter winds... it's always sad to look at what a mess we've made of the world eg global warming and hole in the ozone, mass deforestation in the Amazon, plant and animal species going extinct, increased incidences of hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters. It's always a continual reminder that we are in the last days. And so it should press on us a deeper urgency to reach out to others with the love of God.
